Adding push notifications for alerts and pm's for BHW

Hello.

Since I noticed that bhw and my local forum both run with XenForo, I thought it would be great if push notifications were added.

I use forums a lot and the local forum that I use has added push notifications and I find them very helpful.

It would be nice if we get push notification for alerts and messages. We can't be in the forum 24/7. This way we can't miss any important alert or message.
