Just wanna to know what`s the risk if i buy cheap backlinks package for my 7 Months old web 2 blogs which has backlinks to my moneysites

is there any risk ?

There is NO risk at all. Even if they were directly pointed to your website (tier 1), your rankings would not go down. Links either have a positive impact or no impact at all in my experience.

What really slowed down my development in ranking sites was all of the fear mongering I read on the internet, and sometimes here. Keyword density this, unnatural backlinks that. For the most part its bullshit- just don't overdo it. The truth is that it's very difficult to negatively impact your site using backlinks. If it was as easy as buying some cheap backlinks or using porn anchors, everyone would be doing it to their competitors

Now, will your rankings improve from shit blog comments/forum profiles? Probably not, but you shouldn't be afraid of them either.

It's pretty common for web 2.0s to be spammed as hell with tier 2 links. There's really no risk involved, it's a common practice. Whether or not those crappy links help though is another thing. IMO, there's a better way to spend your money than this.

This is very risky. Most people on this site have made a business selling cheap links and will tell you to keep buying them. But web 2.0s blogs have very little search value because they are so heavily targeted by link builders and they are easy to obtain. Remember, the easier (cheaper) it is to obtain a backlink, the less value it has.

There will be no seo benefit to your site because it's all cheap backlinks. If you want to buy backlinks, buy from high authority sites which have high DA.

(Just a question to you) Instead of looking at how to boost your t1 links cheap links, why not build more t1 links with a pbn or guest post or other ways you find on here? Whenever I take the cheap road, it cost me more in the long run.

The only con of using expired web 2.0 is they get de-indexed as time passes.. while using new ones isn't worth at it
