For the price, this is a very good deal. I just received my site back from his team, here are the details for this review:

TAT: 36 hours.

I left it up to him whether or not to do an archive restore. They did and it was done accurately within a WordPress installation so that it's easy to manage in the future.

His service saved me many hours of work, I'm placing a second order next week. Thanks!
