Jarvee email confirmation issue

Every day it seems my IG keeps getting flagged.

I'm using the free aws on a US server so it shoud have a us ip but everyday I'm getting:

We Detected An Unusual Login Attempt
Android | Jun 28,
Moscow, Russia

To secure your account, let us know if it was you.

How can I stop this? The account isn't a PVA.

before logging in make sure your ip is located in the US, you can't jump from country to country or you will keep losing accounts.

That is the weird thing. The VPS' IP is US. I don't know why it keeps jumping to diff countries? It's only happened with Jarvee.
