however it depends on many things... what you require and the size of the vids? If you also require editing/watermarking then you have to pay much. I used to pay $60 for 100 vids (without editing/watermarking)

I need someone to make vids (will take then 5 mins/vid) and upload them. I'm thinking 10 vids/day to begin with (how many accounts/ips should be used for that?), so that shouldn't be much more than an hour or two.

I can do 100videos in about hour or less..

10 vids / acc good with adult type videos , no nudity mostly tho , maybe few slipped lol was thinking about some bot which would up vids, could set vids:acc ratio and proxy support. well see.
