How can I create another account on Amazon Associates?

So, my previous account got banned for a mistake in my privacy policy section. According to their rules, if I create a new account, they'll close it. I have another credit card for a new account. But how can I create one? Is it possible without banning ?

First one was banned for not updating the privacy policy section. I was forgot to mention that the site is not usable for children under 13 years. That was done about 1 year before and sadly I can't find the email. Next time when I tried to create the account with same payee name and address, they sent me this -
Because you are not in compliance with the Operating Agreement, Amazon will not pay you any outstanding advertising fees related to your account. Amazon exercises its right under the Operating Agreement to withhold fees based on violations, which include the following:

-An account belonging to you (or a person or entity connected or affiliated with you) has previously been closed for violations of the Operating Agreement or one of the other Amazon marketing programs.
So they're not allowing me to create a new account at future.

Yes, that site is already established.

Even if you could sign up by other means you will still have to say which site you are using to promote that product. I would imagine they would have that site on some kind of ban list from the first time around.

Its not hard to get another account, you just need new information and i dont think this matters but to be safe an IP. I use associates usa from canada and the information they needed was minimal, with payoneer included there were no issues (may need a new payoneer bank address for deposits unless you use egiftcards).

One big thing outlined above is the store, im not sure but i think you cant resubmit the same store, so an option is 301ing your store to a new domain and changing up the theme colors a bit, 301ing will drop ranks a little but recovers in the long term.

You have to see how important amazon is to you to do this, there are plenty other affiliates out there like cj...
