How to link OGAds to Wix site?

I made a Wix landing page but now I don’t know how to connect it to OGAds offers. Any advice? Do I link to a page hosted on OGAds or do I somehow put the locker on my Wix site?

I wouldn't suggest to use a free Wix site, however if you want to post/insert custom code, then you need to enable the developer features. Take a look at this and then insert your code from OGAds.

If you want to embed the code, you have to do it in the way i described, otherwise linking to an external page is easy - just a plain hyperlink.
