Weird IG behavior

hey, is anyone else having problem with IG? when I upload a new vid/pic with descriptions, after I’ve uploaded them the description just gonna disappear and if i try to edit it and put something (anything, like even a single letter) it just gives me an error message: https://ibb.co/iNfeUo

try posting few images/videos without caption/description and you should be good after that.
