Newbie residential ip question

So, i just started this IM with Insta, i plan on promoting my birck and mortar shop and also i resell niche fashion products through internet.
I have access to my own home wifi, my shop wifi, a bar next to me wifi, another line of which i am the owner and a fifth line which is different from the home one but came with the same package.

Now my question is, since they are all residential adresses, can i create 15 Instagram accounts, 3 each ?
If so, baisically i create 2 or 3 (maybe 2) accounts switching wifis and using a program like bluestack or nox to change the appearence of my phone and then manage them through bots, only opening them in the same conditions in which i created them ? (As in, if i wanna log in instragram i cannot login from my phone and have there all 15 accounts, i have to use Jarvee or something)

Use your regular browser with different user agents or using bluestacks/memu should work equally well. Create only 1 account at once and the other one after a delay of some time.

Although you can manage this many accounts using your mobile/laptop on different wifi's but it can be a pain so its better to use proxies for managing accounts. Using a bot is advised obviousely as you might not be able to do follow/unfollow for 15 accounts but if you don't want to do that then definitely you can work without a bot too. Use chrome with mobile user agents and foxyproxy extension and use good quality proxies.
