Action blocked on all android devices?

Has anyone here experienced any issues with something like this?
I can do every action (follow/like/dm,etc) on an iPhone, and Web browser but can't do ANY of that on any regular android phone or bluestacks.

I looked around the web for this specific problem but found nothing so I would love to hear some tips

Although this sounds a bit strange but by any chance did you try resting account for a day or two?

Today was actually day 3 and I tried it just now and it worked !
I was just getting worried and found it odd that I can do everything on my browser and iPhone but not android!
