Freelancer Scammed & closed account with $500+

I am Just a New Freelancer or freelancer.com and suddenly today they closed my account with $500+
$200 Available balance and $300+ In milestone.
And they Didnt send me any messages too " after contacting them they send me :

Your account has been closed by Freelancer.com administration due to violation of our Terms and Conditions. We offer no recourse or rebuttal for this penalty.

Based on our Terms & Conditions, Freelancer.com may terminate the participation of a user if we think that they are creating problems, legal liabilities (actual or potential), infringing someone else's intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent, immoral or illegal activities, or for other similar reasons.

I have never violated freelancer terms and condition.

And I have earned this money working very hard all day and night.
buyers were satisfied and released the milestone with 5/5 review .
also My account is Keycode verified and identity verified and phone verified and payment verified too .

I don't know what to do at this moment.

Yes I have contacted outside as the buyer requested but i have never taken any payment outside .

That's pretty weird, I've got an 10 year old freelancer account and from the start I used to communicate with the buyer outside the site but I've never encounter any problem with them. Sometimes they just pay for a certain amount on freelancer just for them to be able to give feedback and the rest payment outside freelancer.
Do you by any chance buy any freelancer reviews before, I've seen other freelancers looking for paid reviews for their account because they were just beginners on that site.

Maybe its time to create your own site and list your services there, then market that site in various ways to get new clients.

That was a BIG lost for you OP, that was so disappointing. I guess Freelancer and Upwork are doing the same thing. Upwork on the other hand taking some accounts down that are not getting any projects and asking for some documents to reinstate the accounts.

I have created a website before and tried to get sales on the website but alas never got a single clint/buyer to order .

That complicates matters a bit. You will need a partner in Australia, that's where Freelancer International is incorporated. I'm from Austria. Sounds close but is far away, unfortunately.
