Selling on eBay, something i can not understand....

Dear all,
I saw some people sell products with cheaper prices then the prices on official website of those products's supplier, selling in US with US' suppliers. I do not understand how. Perhaps, the suppliers give those seller discount for the products? If it is right, someone pls tell me how to have discount from the suppliers in US?

most of those sellers seek positive feedback, and also improving their metrics with ebay...the dont mind losing some money in the start to boost their store
its a good strategy and works good on ebay as ebay in most of the cases rank sellers based on prices...

I just started on eBay and sell a lot of products such as Keurigs for less than half the price you can buy on their website. Right now I'm just selling them at cost from buying them in bulk of 1000 at a time. Once I improve my seller feedback ratio I'm going to up the price by at least 30%.

Some of it is fraud some of if is them taking a hit to gain reputation, sometimes its bulk, theres a lot of different reasons that they could have it cheaper.

Some guys who i know told me to sell their products on eBay with the prices from suppliers's website in US. They will give me 40% commision for each sale and they still get profit for each sale i sell after giving me 40% commision. I do not understand how can they do it?

Some of the products are replica there. Yes, you can find antivirus key, windows key cheaper there, and I also don't know how?

I forgot to say that the ones who told me to sell products for them with 40% commision, they have their products from website' suppliers, i can sure about that.

Overall I lost about $500 but then Started getting a profit now that I have some reputation. People are leery about dealing with others on eBay with really low feedback scores. Buy in bulk and you can get as much as 50% off from a supplier.

I would really love to know the answer to this as well as i'm currently trying to find a U.S supplier myself. Have the eBay/PayPal ready, just need the products.

Yes, But remember if you are genuine you will never get issues with ebay. Suppose think you are doing any fraud with ebay then they simply through an Ban Hammer on you.
