Why is the twitter likes and retweets not working?

I lately ordered Instagram followers from two different services. One service sent followers, but they were gone again after about two days, I guess they were bots, but they looked real when they subscribed. The other services never sent all of the followers, only 33 of 1k. So I currently am pretty suspicious about all of this.

Will you guarantee that Instagram followers will stay when I order them? I mean if they are real, okay, some may unsubscribe, but not all of them with a short term!
