At least in Vietnam, Yes Most of part-time job wage in my country ranged from 0.75$-1.5$/hr

and full-time job would be a bit higher from 2$-6$ in average.

Yep, it's typical wage from even large corp such as AEON, KFC, Lotteria, etc (New comer: 0.8$/hr, aged one that worked > 1 year: 1.25$/hr). I would assume that salary rate applied for all developing Asia countries though!
