Your asking too much, question is very broad, therefore you won't be able to get an answer that is too helpful. But, I'll throw down summary's of some basic methods that point your mind in the right direction:
1. Post your videos to relevant Reddit subreddits (fortnight, gaming, etc.), bot 10-50 upvotes per post (upvotes can be purchased from sellers on the marketplace). Your Reddit posts will be seen for significantly longer then if you were to post without buying upvotes. It's an easy way to get organic video traffic, however probably won't be profitable on it's own short term.
2. If you want to rank videos in the search results for certain keywords on YouTube, you can use botting services (which can also be purchased from sites advertised on the marketplace). A very brief outline of how this would go would be, (a) do keyword research to find search terms relating to fortnight that have low-medium competition with low-medium search volume (b) create a video about such topic and include the main keyword you are trying to rank the video for in the title and description (c) as soon as you upload or publish the video publicly, purchase views, likes, dislikes, comments, social signals, video embeds, etc. in quantities that slightly exceed the videos you are trying to outrank (optimize your title and thumbnail to increase click through rate). Keep in mind, I'd have to write an entire book to explain my personal strategies; this is a very very short summary. To create your own effective view botting strategy, you'll have to read all the other info on this forum, make your own determinations, find a good botting services supplier, test your strategy, continually optimize, etc. Most info here is shit but if you put in the time to learning YouTube seo, botting, etc. you can be very successful.
3. If you have the money, you could reach out to small fortnight highlights channels with thousands or tens of thousands of subscribers, acquire a small channel with established fan-base that is already getting a few hundred or thousand views per video, and continue with uploading highlight videos. Building on a pre established fan-base is a great idea, especially when it comes to non personality based channels, however it's costly. A good small channel that actually gets views will cost at least several hundred dollars plus may require a significant amount of time to find a legitimate seller.
They are some simple methods. There are hundreds more online that you can find yourself for free by searching this forum and Google, then there are hundreds, if not thousands of ways to vary each method. Find something you think will work, learn as much as you can about such method through your own research, ask specific questions about parts of the method if you have any, give it a try, review it's effectiveness then change your strategy to improve it, or try something else until you hit upon something that works for you.
If you want better advice you'll need to ask a better questions my dude. It would take me months to put together documentation which explained in detail, methods that may be effective to grow a fortnight highlights channel with guides on how to execute each method successfully. And those efforts would be pointless as half of the info is probably already on the forum which you can find for free on your own, and the other half you'll find through trial and testing.
Good luck with your channel
