Just dig into the niche, does it have a video game or a console/ phone required if there is a game. Maybe there is a game for it, why not offer a Samsung s8 offer for them to play the game on in HQ. That's an example of what to look for. There is many approaches that's just an idea for you

This Idea is fantastic, anime T-shirts etc, really good idea. OP should consider this. This actually brings value to yourself and audience.

It's not that hard, you need a design and a shopify store. Then use printful to make tshirts. Link them on your video. And maybe make promotional scenes on your videos. I have never done this myself but I know people make money from it!!

Can check out the affiliate program with play-asia. The % is low but they have EVERYTHING there for sale. They even have x-rated stuff. They also ship to country specifics so easy to target Asian only countries or western countries. Even the Asian only stuff you can promote as 'export' to target the hardcore game and merch collectors in western counties. They have great support too and long cookies. Its a good little earner for me for a few years now.
