Need [Advise] - Would anyone buy a site with nulled scripts?

I have a parked domain and thinking of adding content to get traffic and sell later. But I dont want to spend more except for hosting so I plan to use themes and plugins downloaded from here at BHW.

In the future how would I sell with nulled content? I wont hide this fact to potential buyer, of course.

I you're a buyer would you consider my site?

How would it affect its value?

I will not lean towards nulled themes..
I have used them in past and after a while it started acting funny.. lot of malacious code creapt in.. i had to spend good time cleaning to making it alright..then also i got warned by the host server and eventually they..took down my site...but that could just be me ..

No. Wouldn't buy. You'll have to pay more to setup things all over again on new domain, host and content.

its not just you.. In most cases this could happen with a nulled theme.

Festinger has a private storage of themes and plugins.. request him to get you access.

I always null the plugins myself, the only issue is finding the "Retail" version of the plugin. There is an awesome guy on BHW, he uploads his personal copies on MEGA. I might post a (do it yourself) kind of tutorial on how to null famous plugins including which file and which line to edit. Not sure if it's allowed though, so need to check the rules section first.

Stay away from nulled themes or plugins. If you still gonna use them, make sure its from a valid source (hard to find). And be honest and tell the buyer from start that scripts you are using are nulled.

Why don't you just use free themes available if all you want is content and traffic on it. Though many of the guys share genuine premium themes here so you can use them too.

From my experience (sold over 100 websites), most of the buyers doesn't care if the script is nulled or not.

They just want a working website as described / they have tested.

I personaly avoid nulled scripts/themes/plugins since they carry too much security risk to begin with.
