I only sell the accounts so you need to have a proxy provider.
About bio/pics/links: The accounts are blank, but some do come with one pic on the feed if you really need that. No pre-made links.
Even PV'ed accounts can ask for re-PV in various situations. If that will happen you need to re-PV the account.
I offer detailed guides for IG account management and for increasing safety (including on how to PV).
