As I mentioned earlier this month, I have to go in for an unexpected, additional surgery in mid-May.
For that reason, we are temporarily CLOSED for new orders until I'm out of the hospital and back at work. That's because I can't promise that anything ordered from this point will be delivered within our TAT.

I expect the service to be ready for new orders in early June.

Just an update - my surgery was unexpectedly delayed, and I have no idea when I will be going in. It could be Wednesday, it could be next week, it could be a few weeks from now. For that reason, unfortunately, I can't reopen orders in early June as I had expected to do - there's just no way I could guarantee we'd be able to deliver any new orders within the promised TAT.
I apologize for the inconvenience, and will of course reopen orders as soon as this crazy ordeal is over.

The doctors were finally able to figure everything out, and I'm able to get back to work and take new orders.
However, the medication they have me on has an annoying side effect: fatigue.
That means that (for now, at least) we can't take as many orders as usual, and the TAT may be a bit longer than usual.

We've been filling orders for long-term BHW clients while this was all going on, and have able to deliver them all on time over the last few weeks.
But if you have a large order to place, or time is a critical issue, please PM before ordering.
