how to get old account back

hi guys, could someone tell me how to get my old account back?

i signed up years ago, and now had to signup again and cannot send messages, i was trying to hire a few guys for reviews

old account just wouldn't work and password reset would not send an email, i did contact support but no reply

I know you said you tried contacting support, but you're not supposed to create a new account.

Anyway, what was the name of your old account? I can't provide you with access to your old account, but perhaps I can try to verify that you're the owner of it and forward that information to the support desk.

Sorry didn't realise, the old account was username layercake, it would say reset email has been sent etc etc, nothing in inbox nor spam

I tried sending a password reset but never get the email

@layercake was banned back in 2016 for having multiple accounts. There was no other information about what the other account was, but this is why the password reset option probably didn't work for you. That account also has no content associated with it.

Send in another support ticket asking linking to my post here about the situation. If anything, you can ask if it's fine to just keep this new account you created.

didn't know i had multiple accounts, could have been that i had lost the login details and created another, however the layercake account was the one i had been using mainly .ideally i would prefer my old account back if at all possible, i have emailed support again

Just for the record if i did have 2 accounts it was done in error or as i said i forgot i had the account, and most likely created another which was the one i was using
