Why does BHW not use custom chrome tab color

I have been wondering for a while now so I decide to ask, why is it that BHW with all the wizards are not using a custom tab color, I was hoping to open BHW and see a black tab color or another color, but it's grey like one old site with nobody to take care of it. Just saying though, everybody is using custom color and a whole of BHW isn't using it.

You mean you have a website with customs black tab color or BHW tab shows black on ur mobile?
