No Hashtag Views

Just recently started a second Instagram account and noticed that I stopped getting hashtag views. Is this because I'm running two accounts from my IP? Would a proxy fix this?

Its been happening to a lot of us since may and we have yet to find a solution brother

My pictures have been on and off getting hashtag views its weird, even when I am changing the hash tags every time. I've just been liking stuff in my feed, watching stories, and commenting on stuff and it seems like its making more "other" views but still no hashtag views.
