I am planning to buy Bitdefender anti virus(or Bitdefender Total security), it will be very helpful if you guys share your experience with the anti virus softwares you are currently using or you have used before. Your valuable suggestions will help me choose a good anti virus software.

My vote goes for Bitdefender, it is superb. Make sure to use up the 30 day trial before you buy the actual product. They email you discounts when your trial has expired.

I gave up using any AV about 8-9 years ago. Not had an issue since as they really aren't worth the time. That said I would stray from using the Total Security option. It's "total" shit when it comes to affecting your PC's performance. You don't need the thing to monitor your home, feed the cat and water the garden, so stick with AV and your PC will thank you too.

Here's some good info if you're not familiar with AV comparitives. .

What are you even saying, dude?

The total security is for the PCs duh, the 'Total' in the package means offering protection online as well as offline.

I am also the one who is not use any antivirus software more than 5 year. when i feel my PC speed slow i use to run window defender to fix it.
