Wordpress dashboard very very slow

Hi to all
my website bshome.net running fine
and speed is fine

But dashboard is very slow taking tomuch time to load cant post any post
I change the theme
and install plugins
heartbeat
wp rocket
wp optimise
autoptimise
smush
But my wordpress dashboard still very slow

What's your server capabilities?

I am asking you that because I am pretty sure Google doesn't scrolls your site when you test it in pagespeed insights.

And as your site is loading sequentially, when you are scrolling, is very possible that those results to not be so real.

The installed plug-ins optimize the front end output not the dashboard. Very likely that is a plugin with backoffice features. Or your front end is cached and optimized, therefore fast, but your server is dead slow and overloaded with customers.
Check F12 and watch the waterfall when loading the dashboard

Try to test if there is one of your plugins that is causing this. Just deactivate them and clear your cache, and check again your dashboard.

At least you will eliminate one very possible variable and that in a few minutes.

Maybe on your other sites that are using the same theme, you are using older versions of plugins. A bad update on one of the plugins can cause this.

In case you are using any server-side solution, you can clear it from your cpanel.

It will be a good idea to also clear your browser cache, or at least try the test from a private window.

Is kind of hard to imagine what is wrong without having access to all the information. If you want to get rid of this hassle, you should try with a new fresh install of wordpress.

That way all the possible errors would be cleared, at least on the wordpress side. If there is a problem on your server it will be a different thing.

Have you enabled object cache? If Yes, disable it.

1. Add this to your wp-config file

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

2. Go to Jetpack Debug page, there will be option to access all jetpack features, disable them all except site stats (also if you are using something else. then don't disable them)
3. Change your PHP version to 7.1
4. If you are using caching plugin, disable Object Cache as @thescrrr said.
5. Change theme do default one, if that solves the thing, you have theme who are making too many requests.

I experienced similar things before, but I was using a shit VPN/proxy, when I changed to a good one, its went to okay.
