Adwords Account Negative Balance

I have a adwords account with a negative balance, will creating a new adwords account result in a ban? Using same credit card?

Are you sure you're not confusing Adwords with Bing?

The only way I know you can use the same card is through consolidated billing and there isn't a limit to the number of accounts.

100% sure. I used it on my personal then I made business account and after I went with business manager account and made 3 more there.
