How's it going Blackhat!

To make it short and sweet, a close friend of mine has a family owned wholesale business and I am helping them expand onto the internet since they are pretty old fashioned.

We offer mostly wholesale candy at the moment along with custom packaging. I do the custom package designing myself.

We ship out of Southern California and package a lot of the Mexican candy you see at the super market isles.

We are looking to expand. We have been getting a lot of clients out east by word of mouth but I can imagine that will double or triple once we fully market it more.

I have attached a simple sample photo of what our packaging looks like. Take in mind we can package any amount desired per bag.

Please PM me if you have any questions, interested in a catalog or want pricing.

Thank you for your time!

I dunno what that is, but it doesn't look like candy bruh. Looks like taco dressing or something.

Expand your market, sell to all businesses - not just candy retailers and explain to them how they might benefit from having your unique candy in there store.

How would a dentistry benefit from having this candy? Does it have any traits that makes it better than other candy (maybe it uses natural sugar found in fruits) - if that were the case, then you could tell dentists to stockup on your candy because its much better for for their client's teeth than normal candy - they can give away a free treat to the kids & clients ... and also up-sell bulk packs to those customers that value their teeth.

That just 1 example... you gotta find out how others can benefit and then explain it to them - you'll be able to expand your market that way.

Appreciate the response bros. If you're not Mexican, you won't know what Tamarindo is lol.

We are expanding. We sell to a couple big chain clothing stores and shoe companies, we just put their logo on the packaging and design as requested.

I'm sure you've seen candy like this similar on racks close to the check out isles in markets etc.

The candy industry don't care about no dentist lol we just helping the economy.

All the more reason you should approach dentists with your product, it's a completely underserved niche.

You're not going to expand by playing follow-the-leader, you need to break out of your comfort zone and create entirely new markets.

Understood. We do have something in the works among the lines of organic candy that we do plan on pursuing possibly mid next year but for now Mexican candy keeps us afloat. We are trying to build online before we can pursue these other ideas.

Appreciate the response and input!
