Yes you will get email access as well .. but you can't use them all on one IP ..
You need to have multiple private proxies to use them safely..
If you have dynamic IP which gets change whenever you restart your internet router then you can try them all that way but there will be no guarantee in that case.

If you have got dynamic IP that changes whenever you restart your router then you don't need to purchase IPs/proxies ..
Otherwise you need to have dedicated proxies..
