I'm definitely not a laptop expert, but you may not run a pc 24/7, it's just not worth It. Buy a vps so you don't have to worry about anything. There is a cheap offer on the market place

Hardly a new idea, but yes that will work. Things to consider would be keeping it running 24/7, power usage charges, internet speed, etc. But yeah... all a windows vps is, is someone elses machine .

You need HOME LAB with your own server, and networking environment...at home or office

And have servers in co-locations
