Looks like i'll be the first one to leave the review.
I took small pack to test this service for a low competition KW and i can say am pretty much surprised with the quality. For this price i was expecting way less.
Articles are not "money site quality" but they are quality human readable ones.
Domain metrics are as advertised ( on PBN and on web2.0 )
For PDF and videos they have used some sites i didn't know about ( adding to my collection. Thanks @LiquidSnake )

What surprised me the most is layer 2 and 3. There was no chinese, arabian, and other similar language sites ( i purchased a lot of servies like this and they have all had chinese, arabian, hebrew links dominating )
here i didn't saw a single of those


Didn't saw any rank improvements yet ( its quite early and i took only small pack ) But few of those packs could cause some nice movement.
