For the review, @LiquidSnake provided me with the service he advertises in his OP here.

Service Highlights​

• Communication was solid as a rock.
• The service was done in a timely manner with a couple of small hiccups but nothing I would consider an issue as they were handled quickly.
• The PBN domains he offers all fit inside the metrics he advertises.
• The content was much better than I thought it would be for the price point.

What Could Use Improvement​

There were a couple of bumps in the road that the seller would have caught initially if he spent a little more time when it comes to attention to detail.

Additional Information​

You will not rank #1 in Google in 6 hours using this service but I see that is has value as part of your backlinking infrastructure and the price point is pretty good for what you get.

Interestingly enough one of the Web 2.0s was indexed and I saw it before the report was delivered.
