Instagram Account Is Missing

Hello,

1 of my accounts disappeared 1hr ago. Can't access it via link. On the app it was asking me to verify my phone. I tried and didn't receive the message. Logged out and tried logging in, no luck. Its as if its completely gone.

No notice from Instagram, when I try to login, nothing happens. I was thinking maybe it got disabled as I have been running a bot with it for months. Haven't posted anything for a long time.

But wouldn't it show a message account has been disabled or something?
Anyone else had similar issues before?

Very concerning as I have client accounts running with similar actions.

Also, I reported a few comments that were spam / links in the last few weeks. Is it possible that IG flagged my account for not posting anything but doing like / follow / unfollow actions?

I'm trying to login using my phone on 4g and wifi both resulting in a missing account. Tried via pc and incognito mode, same.... The rest of the accounts work fine. When i go on instagram.com/username it displays as if account was deleted but no one has access to it other than me.

After some digging I found others having similar issues. Not really sure what to do...

I just realised I removed the account from Jarvee a couple of weeks ago and it has been sitting innactive since...

Any ideas? :S

Hey @KraftyKyle @Start Earning @Piponde after some extensive research I'm happy to say that Instagram is experiencing mass outage across the globe. See this tweet from Instagram https://twitter.com/instagram/status/1006598796053106688 there are endless people complaining of their accounts vanishing.

I submitted an error via their help page, but struggled to do it... Used Deceased person report form

At least now I have hope. Let's see if they will resolve it. I'm so happy my customers didn't get hit with this.

Everyone effected, hang tight. Hopefully they will fix it.
