Hi that order was cancelled. You ordered youtube comment likes and only entered youtube url. You need to enter exact comment url by copying the time stamp link on the comment. If you want youtube likes for your video, order the youtube likes option. Subs don't have refill.

I tested the OPs panel and this is my review after using it for 2 days.

I used 1 youtube video and $10 to test the service. The video was uploaded on an old youtube account from 2013 with ~200k total views and ~500 subscribers and a few uploaded videos.

The Good

The OP always over-delivered on every order.

The prices are quite good with the cheapest view costing $0.4/1K views. (these are the ones I used for testing)

Using the OPs service alone I could rank my video in the top 5 for a competitive niche.

The Bad

The OP always over-delivered on every order. Over-delivery is good when done with views but over-delivery of things such as video likes can screw up your video. BUT if a service can over-deliver, it is clearly stated on the service page so you are well informed before purchasing.

Lots of the orders are stuck on 'Processing' for more than 10 hours after placing the order (though some of them have been delivered).

There can be a delay of 1 hour between submitting the order and the service to start. This can be an issue if you're using the unlisted method where the views should start as soon as the video is uploaded.

Final thoughts

It's a good service provided at an affordable price. My views/likes haven't dropped even though I ordered the normal services. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for Youtube services. Can't comment about the other services as I haven't tried them.
