So on the 2nd of June I decided to buy a subscription course on oflibrary.com. I asked the seller how it works and he said I get all past issues, which was fine for me. I paid via Paypal, as a personal payment according to the seller's instructions.

He sent me a pCloud link with two 2016 issues. I asked him about it and he said he misunderstood me. I can choose another product or get a refund. I chose a refund. He then completely disappeared. He is not responding to emails and I didn't get a refund obviously.

In addition to oflibrary.com, he is running a network of sites. Here are the ones I was able to track down:

getallcourse.com
offercourse.com
ofcacademy.com
businesstut.com
deercourse.com
newnulled.com

Beware of this scammer and don't pay in advance as a personal payment on Paypal.

If the payment was done with paypal, I guess you can file dispute to get a refund.

Remember that rule : if he insists to get "friends & family" payment, it's a scam. Simple as that

I don't know why everyone still agrees to do this blindly...

Never use PayPal family and friends for business transactions with people you are not familiar with. I have heard a few other horrors stories about offer course. Guy scammed a bunch of students looking for a blockchain course.

I have definitely learned my lesson.

Another scam is where a seller asks you to change your payment method, so moving from the protection of a regular purchase to BTC or F&F on Paypal, with an excuse they are having a problem with the ir main Paypal and want to use a friends F&F etc.

Anything like this it's time to walk away. Actually run away..............

Seller contacted me and said he was offline. I got my refund. Mods didn't delete the thread to warn people against making personal payments on Paypal.
