How does this site make money?

Hi guys, this is my 1st post on this forum with a simple question: how? I found this website called ihackedit (this is 1 example, but there are many more) that has articles with "modded" apk downloads of some popular games like clash of clans etc. There is a legit apk download file with no survey, but I haven't checked what kind of app it really is.

Is this some kind of ogads affiliate program I dont know about?

I've used ihackedit a few times in the past. They are legit downloads
