Realistically, don't waste your time. Wordpress tube sites simply don't work well, mainly because Wordpress isn't designed for video conversion. If you upload a 1080p video and the viewer comes by on a mobile 3g line it'll basically buffer indefinitely as Wordpress didn't process the video to 480p or something more appropriate.
What you need, if you want to host everything, is a good dedicated server along with installing (off the top of my head so I'll probably miss something) Nginx, Apache, probably ioncube loader, FFmpeg, imagemagik, mysql, vsftpd, spamassassin, clamav, iptables + fail2ban, plus some backup solutions, maybe a control panel like vestacp, and you'll want to be versed in clustering servers, etc.
But you're asking about Wordpress and TMD hosting. Basically if you want to pull off a reasonable tube site that makes money, you probably got a few months of research to do. Tube sites aren't upload a video and play that video anymore, people expect it to adapt to mobile/tablet/desktop/etc. and they expect multiple file formats to be available depending on their available bandwidth.
You're trying to use the wrong tools for the job. The tools you need are far more complicated, which is why I suspect most people make more money with white label and affiliate programs. The people making the real money in porn these days are uber nerds and geeks, they're like me growing up since I was like 5 spending all day, every day, behind a computer. Taking 5 years to graduate high school because I spent so much damn time behind these things that my GPA was 0.3. if you can't type in a terminal window with your eyes closed there's about zero chance you're competing with those guys.
