He was selling some social media account management service. He got a lot of sales but never delivered the services to the customers. I sent him his part of the money he requested thinking he was a serious guy considering he was closing about $1k on some days. Few weeks later, the chargebacks started rolling in.

Got ya! That's a coincidence because I've been approached for something similar. I haven't agreed to anything yet. And if I do, I will probably want a contract drawn up and will hold funds for at least 30 days. I'm not going to send him money right away. So he might not want to work with me once I tell him that.

How soon after the "job" was completed, did he want money?

Hey, i just remembered now about this.
Can you say that this is safe and what are the chances of limitations?
I have another PayPal account i do not use and it is aged.
I wouldn't use my Main PayPal for obvious reasons but my second one i think would be fine for this if it's not large amounts of money and $100-$200 a day seems reasonable if there is nothing shady involved as well.
I'm also very trustworthy on here and i would not ruin my rep here for any amount of money so i think your safe with me if i were to be chosen and i have been here for 4+ years also.

I’ve always found these kinds of JVs sketchy. If there is so much money proven to be made, and the seller was legit, he would buy a aged no holds PayPal and keep 100% of the profits.

I’m willing to bet this ends up in a shitlist.
