How to access Play Store with VPN?

hi guys I have an app I need to use USA VPN and access to google play store on my phone.

Problem is that play store when I use vpn says to me that I should use my country ip.. how can I change this so I can use usa vpn on play store?

Can you explain why you need to use a VPN to access the play store? because it doesn't change the apps you see you have to change that in settings

Create a new Google account with usa as your country and login to Playstore from that account

What app do you need to download that is restricted?

Use another VPN provider or try installing the app by accessing Play Store from your PC's browsers (you can install it remotely).
