You are welcome. Just use a free version, it will do the trick. If its 2 domains it will be a very easy job because once you blacklist the domains SEMRush should dissavow all links from them

If it's only two domains then disavow them at the domain level. Just put

domain:example.com

for each domain, Google will then ignore any links from that root domain, even subdomains.

You are welcome. I gave up SEMRush Guru plan once I got access to ahrefs and Majestic SEO premiums but I still use a free plan because it has so many options. If you run into any issues request a 14 day free trial, that will most likely give you the option you need to solve your issue.
Also, a tip guys: If you are serious about onpage SEO, make every preparation possible and take the 14 day trial of the Guru plan. Then solve everything possible and cancle the plan before they charge you. It will boost your rankings very much in the longrun!

Disavowing a link doesn't remove it from WMT, but from the time you do it, Google won't add any new links it finds from those domains.
