copyright instagram celebrity photos?

what would you do if you made an article and use some photos from celebrity on their instagram account.
the celebrities are from USA.
I used for adsense blog.
should I need permission? I think it's impossible because they don't have a time to read million of DM.
so what should I do? I mean,is there fair use when used it?
should I use Embeed features to post their photos?

You can use Getty Images. They allow to add photos with all copyrights, etc.

I would give credit to their IG account, link directly to the IG picture.

your not allowed to use any photo/picture without concent it a copywrite infringement .

They can do the following .

1, get there solictor to ask you to remove it.

2, get there solicter find who you are to sue you for copywrite content.

the only pics allowed to be used are royalty free .

breaking any copywrite law can lead to some serious outcomes.

you can ignore me ,but i promise as you get to no this forum you start to see people slowly disapair and come back afther a while ( prison) for not taking advise.

You can write post on them and can use her/his photo too but you must give credit to him/her in your post.

They do not do that.

It is considered fair use to use celeb pictures that are put up by the celebs themselves. That's why they put them up in the first place .... to get those pictures published. They have no cause to go after you for copyright. You can also use their images on their wikipedia pages. They have given explicit consent to those pictures being shared and publicized. However, the fair use may not cover the copyright of the photographer ....
