I have tried mailchimp and similar, mailchimp blacklisted me within 2 days. Due to all emails are not collected legally. They will classify such action as spammer.

My advice is to use Amazon SES with Sendy... it's a powerful combination and you will pay $1,- per 10.000 emails.

May i ask if you have been blacklisted or is it because you were reported by them as spam ?
Also can i know how many emails you send per day through Gsuite ?

Never thought to use Gsuite for this purpose. It's good to know anyway.
By the way, you might want to try Mail Poet Newsletter Wordpress Plugin, crashes a lot though (maybe my server sucks!).

I sent 200 emails daily and wasn't reported as spam because i have gathered these emails from their bios so i asked their promo rates.
I wasnt promoting my stuff. This helped me send lots of email without getting banned.
dude wont go to prison for sending some light uce and if the user he scraped put the email in bio/profile and says business communication only then even less worrisome - check out Gammadyne Mailer - ive used it for years and sometimes with a socks chain (proxy chain) if i wanted to get funky and blow out a lot of mail.

Hmm interesting,
From my experiences most of the the bigger incluencers that I know or have went across own multiple accounts so they own a Media Company and claim the email under their Company, usually small influencers and some big influencers use something relevant to their niche.
(Ex. [email protected])

& money stealing after having set the lies:

The first guy you have in chat is Neeraj, who then ignores you endlessly
instead of responding to last questions & then comes Manoj, the guy that
thinks neeraj knows nothing about the technology & that i should deal with
him & ask him all questions. In email marketing each dedicated ip offers
you 4 different dedicated ips, explained neeraj, then Manoj offers 12
dedicated ips for $200, & tells you there are limits in sending to be
coherent & then he explains clearly that i won't be facing issues for
having 100 TB of bandwidth. The guy makes me pay, then asked me what
site i'd like pretending i don't need the packages of mailcot.com but
a domain & the 12 ips, he also tells me i can have 100.000 different
email accounts added in bulk, & 5 days later, by checking the domain
i needed, i realize the domain finally exists, but he tells me to go
in chat with another man called hemant kumar, that asks me what i want,
i ask him if he's joking, because i've already delt with Manoj & that
he was supposed to add my requested emails to be working with the 12
dedicated ids & make he domain available & provide logins, & that
if he wanted to finish the job, he'd have to have more technical
knowledge than Manoj who's supposed to be outdoors .. . He said
yes i have the knowledge for it then he pastes the site i wanted
& he asks for how many days, one day ? when MANOJ CLEARLY
OFFERED A YEAR OF SUBSCRIPTION WITH OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE
DEDICATED IPS AT REQUEST, & even his packages on the site clearly states
ONE MONTH. So that last guy radically offered me a refund of 185 dollars
& stole 15 dollars from me for having created a site i don't even have
USE NOR ACCESS FROM.. Which is pure robbery, for all the lies Manoj,
his collegue offered. My advice is, don't get stolen by those pigs,
in my case, i'm on gov's help & 15 dollars is still money in a totally
unfair way, pure robbery for a service i do not use, through numerous
lies of specific services provision. The last pig "hemant kumar"
mentioned what Manoj told me that, i should be down to earth because
unlimited data doesn't exist.. But he took a portion of remark out of
context, totally ignoring what his pigheaded collegue told me, as another
lie: "Bandwidth will be in 100 TB. THAT is too enough", when that hemant
wanted me to be restricted to 1 day. & clearly offering me a year of subscription
is the lie that allows for "hemant" to steal me those 15 dollars.
which is again, a pure robbery.
My best advice is: don't get stolen by those pigs. one ignores,
the other sets lots of lies by proposing a specific service
& when nothing arrives 5 days later, you get the head of them,
the final pig that tell u that everything Manoj offered won't
be offered & steals u $15 from $200, that none of
them DESERVES. Since money isn't free, even less in stealing
methods, pretending to offer LIES.
