If it's MarketingRhino's Fortnite LP, I don't think you'll be able to rip it as he's licensing his Landing Pages to avoid stealing them these days.
I think OP's looking for a free LP

i fort that all pages that are seen thu a browser are all html and css .
why can it not be downloaded as a template.

Because in this case, the page calls a php file that loads a particular set of data and then the script moves ahead. Without the php files, the rest of the JS isn't triggered.
@Dynlock - the lander has been ripped and sent to your PM. Please confirm if it's working.
Test it on WAMP on your local PC or upload to your server to check.
I have removed the original Google Tag Manager code. You'll have to add your OGAds code in place of the one in the lander.

If the frontend of the landing page gets rendered by any js framework, downloading just the HTML DOM wont work. If you havy money you could either hire a developer to re-create it for you or you could find someone who can reverse engineer it.
