It is not yet showing in webmasters. . . but traffic is already gone.... almost 50% drop in traffic....

I would just ignore this. Big G is not that stupid. I bet it doesn't affect your web-site.

You have to do link auditing of your website. Use the Google link disavow to disallow the bad links which targeting your website. Bad backlinks impact your SERP Ranking and this will decrease your ranking so fast.

from
DA 70 to DA 0 links are blasted on my site.... almost all links are on bad neighbourhood

I doubt negative seo will have any serious consequences at present time - if it does, it may take anywhere from 1-3 months before your site would have a penalty.
Otherwise, the negative links that were built to your site, are all blank links - they have very little authority, and do not contribute much towards your serp ranking - neither it goes up or down, as somehow google has cleverly marked these links and reduced its authority.
Nevertheless, if it worries you, simply disavow the links, they have an upload feature -just upload all the suspected links and disavow.

Try downloading the latest links in WMT and look for them in there. Google doesn't show all your links in the "who links the most" section, you need to download them to see them all.
