OK so after around two months with this host I am so far very happy with the service. I had signed up for the medium shared hosting plan. I have not had any service issues to report and when I have logged tickets for technical questions they have been answered promptly and helped me out alot. For the price I am very happy customer.

Been a happy customer so far, I can PM you my ID for check to verify status as customer. However the last few days, it has been really bad. My site is down today and before that I had a couple of hacks to my website which I suspect was caused by other users on the same server who are using nulled scripts. I had submitted the support ticket to request for help in this two issues. Not to bitch further since this is a sales thread and not a support thread.

I will also like to find out if you have server residing in Asia region as I need the hosting close to where my clients are based.

We have done a detailed inspection and have been trying to clean up your databases manually- I will let the support guys update you again with regards to the status of that and your site.

We currently do not have servers or a DC set up in Asia - it is on our roadmap however as we do have many customers from Asia and this will again highlight the need.

One of the reason that I like about your hosting service is the transparency and good customer support. I had hosting provider who tries to shift the blame but your Company differs in this aspect. You try to solve the customer problem. I am not a technical person, so all these support are greatly appreciated. This is money well spent using your Company hosting service.
I am looking forward to your Asian Server. In my country, we frequently have internet outragees. When this happens, we can only surf fast with website hosted in Asia at normal speed. This was swiftly resolved by the support team for the user in question. The exploits were known Wordpress vulnerabilities that effected an outdated CMS account on a legacy server - we moved them to new secure server. All current environments and new customers are protected by multiple layers of security and provisioned under Cloudlinux 7.5 with CageFS/Kernel Care and Immunify360 as standard.
