Tried to use coupon... coupon failed. Decided to just go full purchase. For some reason they wanted to know every single piece of information about myself including city, state, where my mom birthed me, time, how many pounds at birth, and etc. Pretty much defeats the purpose of anonymity.

So Me trying to just simply send paypal as a friend and family did not work. Support says I need to supply all information. Now my funds are in pending and I'm simply waiting for a refund so I can move on to the next service.

I think you got this totally wrong, we've asked nothing from you. All our payments are processed by a payment processor, our payment processor did asked you to provide your full details ( name and address ) because the ones you provided where incomplete and they where not matching the PayPal billing info. Since you refused to reply to their email they could not complete your payment thinking you may be fraudulent.

I'm not sure if there is a payment processor which will accept an order with such details you provided :

Name: NO NAME
Company: -
Phone: -
Fax: -
Country: United States of America
State: Michigan
City: WHY
ZIP code: 49007
Address: 27 dumpster lane

Good luck with your next provider! I doubt you will find one to deliver his services to you if you will provide them such billing details.

Cool story. Still waiting for my money back. Didn't realize a paypal friends and family transaction needed all of this information? Even the option in paypal to pay for a service and not having to give an address. Odds are they would probably want a scan an ID of some sort anyway and there is no way to provide documents on a paypal transaction. I never received an email stating it was a fraudulent transaction.... So my review stands truthful still with facts. Oh hey release my funds if you can please they've been in pending for 3 days. Oh hey heres the screenshot on why you didn't link me over to this post? I mean I found it anyway so that's cool. Have a great day.

As long as you own the PayPal account you have no reasons to hide details or avoid providing them in the first place. Anyway, I sent an email to the payment processor and they should refund your order in maximum 24 hours. Good luck !
