Got a 1000 email review copy from the OP. Good communication and within 24 hours, received 1233 emails. All had names and majority had locations. Fairly well targeted in terms of location that I requested. Not too well targeted in terms of niche requested.

Here's an update on the review I did in order to see if this service would cut the mustard to go live on BHW and to see if what was delivered was what the OP ordered.

@chenzen provided a little over 70,000 emails from groups that related to SEO and IM as was requested.

If you are active on FB in those types of groups you would see that many of the same people frequent those groups so I expected duplicates as that is only natural.

We cleaned the list from the duplicates and then I drip emailed them a message with a link to a site. I wrote the copy as well as the subject line and did not do any spintax or anything at all like that... they all got the same message.

Remember, these are people that are not opted in, have no idea who I am and are all over the world as the groups I asked for cater to the entire world.

I'm seeing, in my analytics, people clicking the link from a bunch of different emails and a little over 12% clicked my link in the email which, had this been an opt in list would have sucked, but in that it was just a "spam" email I'm very pleased.

It has only been about 36 hours from the time the email blast was completed and I'm sure I'll see more action from it as well.
