Hidden 301 Redirects

Hey guys! I'm about to buy some PBN links for my money site.

I do not want the links to show up i ahrefs, majestic (etc.), so I will use a domain with a 301 redirect to my money site (and htaccess file to block the crawlers).

HOWEVER, I do not have a domain for this yet - so I am about to buy one. Here comes my question:

Should I go for

- a fresh domain with no history, OR

- an expired domain with history?

I would go for expired domains, definitely. But be careful in choosing what expired domain you'll buy, of course. You wouldn't want to end up with one that has been penalized before.

Thank you for your reply ContentWriter. Nice to have it confirmed before starting this. I will go for a newly expired domain that
- Has not been penalised by search engines
- Has 1 year+ age
- Is still indexed by search engines (if possible)

Since my money site is Norwegian on .no, it's hard to find niche-related expired domains with the same domain ending.
What would you go for:
- A random .no domain, OR
- A niche-related .com domain?

My thoughts is that it might be best going for an expired, niche-related .com domain.

However, I have no experience with this. Hope somebody with the knowledge will share their opinion here!
