This is an idea that should work somewhat.
I've gone through the member download section any see rehashed after rehashed stuff, and IM SICK OF IT!!!
So I suggest that a button be placed beside a post in the member download section so that if a user thinks a book is crap or rehashed, it can be moved to a new section - the rehashed sh!t section. (If you can think of a better name, post it here)
If a user makes too many rehashed crap threads, they get a PM suggesting that they stop posting rehashed ebooks.
They don't need a penalty, because they don't get a post count for that section anyway.
And put a minimum post count /day (10 posts, 3 days) so that DP and WSO don't come into our forum looking for free ebooks.
(Let them see the rehashed sh!t though)
Only quality stuff should be on the member download section, not rehashed sh!t (Do we really want to be another DP?,)
