Change of Address in Webmaster

IF abc.net use change of address in webmaster to abc.org

how long i must wait until they finish to move all of my link juice ?

IF abc.net is cant be reached anymore, is it a problem to my link juice that transferring to abc.org or not ?

I don't think it's the same for everyone. I've even had colleagues before who have tried to wait for more than 9 weeks for the entire process to fully take effect.
