Facebook ads for gambing app?

Hello,
I built an android gambling game. I know Facebook restricts gambling promotion, but it does not mean Facebook prohibit it. I saw many competitors can run ads on facebook. My question is how can I advertise my game on Facebook?
Secondly, if Facebook is not a potential place for promotion, then what will be the sources of traffic?

You can go for cloaking, too, in my opinion. It's difficult to get past this, as Facebook is really strict when it comes to the niche you're in.
