Kaspersky if you have a good computer. This one uses a considerable amount of resources but is good.

The free versions often arent that great ( ofcourse, why would a company give you something for free that works well )

I love Kaspersky and I use Panda right now. Great stuff and I recommend them

The free version of avast along with the free version of malwarebytes is a good combo.

Avast for real time scanning, and do a malwarebytes scan once a week or so in case something slipped through.

I use nod32. Works perfectly. Can't even feel it is there but it blocks everything when needed.
